Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple guests explicitly mention the hotel as very clean and well maintained; a small comment noted the hotel is beginning to show its age but overall cleanliness is praised.

Service

Staff repeatedly described as very friendly, efficient and professional (front desk, drivers); several reviews specifically praise helpful and pleasant staff, supporting a strong service score.

Location

Consistently highlighted as ideal for airport access — many guests note it is walkable to the terminal or a short shuttle ride; location is a major positive.

Room Quality

Rooms generally described as comfortable with good beds, but multiple guests complained about awkward bathroom/shower privacy (glass doors and only a curtain) and small room size, which reduces the score.

Amenities

Amenities like a free airport shuttle, 24-hour dining options and on-site parking are appreciated; however, there are isolated reports of shuttle delays and limited evening dining choices which temper the rating.

Value for Money

Several guests explicitly note great value and good pricing for convenience and location; one comment mentions an expensive buffet but overall value perception is positive.

Convenient Amenities - Enjoy complimentary wireless internet access, tour/ticket assistance, and a reception hall.

Dining Options - Indulge in delectable meals at the on-site restaurant, STARS Caffé, grab snacks at the coffee shop/cafe, and savor your favorite drinks at the bar/lounge.
